Filling: and was eaten by my youngest children which is a win, they did say it was a bit bland but seemed to eat it well with some feta added. Would make again.

This is one of those great recipes that is simple, but the short list of ingredients combines very effectively. If you have frozen broccoli at hand, it’s a super easy pantry dinner. I liked it even better with a little white wine vinegar (1 tsp per serving).

I added split mung beans to increase protein
