Fab, I made this when I was unwell with woman flu, and it was very comforting. I only had boneless thighs so maybe didn’t get the full healing effect!

Absolutely delicious. Was sceptical about leaving garlic whole but they mostly melted into the soup. Any I found and just gently mashed in.
I’ll be making this regularly and could easily pop in some tinned beans, chickpeas or giant couscous to make it a heavier meal.

This was AMAZING! I absolutely loved the smell and the depth of flavours. I added a tablespoon of bone broth, and used the Thermomix veggie stock paste. I also substituted some of the onion for leek. This is the broth I’ve been searching for!
