soy sauce
vermicelli noodles

vegetable stock cube
crumbled
chilli oil
chicken breast
cooked leftovers and shredded
spring onion
sliced
garlic cloves
finely grated
lime
juiced

Method

Your notes

Gather your ingredients.

Mix the soy, vinegar, chilli oil, garlic and crumbled stock cube together in a 1 litre mason jar.

Add the chicken, vegetables and noodles to the jar.

When ready to eat, add the boiling water to the jar and mix well. Cover the jar and leave to stand for 5 minutes before adding some lime juice and eating immediately.

It was tasty but the jar was too big to eat out of, and it was to much and messy to put in a bowl.

Love this. Better to prepare in advance but love the results and mixing new flavours together. Also love the novelty of eating out of a jar
