Thank you for this quick simple recipe. After constantly throwing away gone off peppers, I thought I’d give this one a try. I’m only using cottage cheese and pepper at this time. Last night I tried a slice of pepper with cottage cheese on top. It was so tasty I eat the whole pepper, slice after slice.
