Loved this recipe, the addition of beans is a great idea!

Delicious! I added bay leaf and fresh thyme for additional flavour.

Will not be adding garlic in future - too dominant a flavour

Simply delicious.

A quick and tasty soup, that required very little prep. Tasted lovely (I adjusted some seasoning after serving) but other than that, it was delicious

I didn’t have potatoes so used cauliflower πŸ™ˆ
Have to say it still turned out well. I also added nutritional yeast and some croutons. Yum yum!
Instructions were great. I will be making this again with potatoes!

Delicious!
I usually wing it when making soup but decided as I had the ingredients, I would follow the recipe. I did add a small amount of full fat milk at the end and topped with a drizzle of double cream because they needed using and it was fab. I also served over 2 handfuls of organic spinach! I am glad I spotted this on the Insta stories today!
