Chuck in a couple of tbs of hemp, chia or pumpkin seeds and you've got a very complete and tasty meal here!

This is one of those great recipes that is simple, but the short list of ingredients combines very effectively. If you have frozen broccoli at hand, it’s a super easy pantry dinner. I liked it even better with a little white wine vinegar (1 tsp per serving).

Rich, smooth & creamy texture
Lovely cheesy flavour
I added split mung beans to increase protein
Topped with hemp seeds and seed mix & nutritional yeast
