Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients.

Add the broccoli, peas and stock to a large saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 5–10 minutes, until the broccoli is fully defrosted and soft.
Stir through the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and tofu. Season to taste.
