What a discovery...these are flavourful and nutritious! I substituted 30 g of molasses and 1 egg for the maple syrup. I also cut down the brown sugar to 15 g.

Just got back from a swim and needed a healthy snack so made these. Couldn't wait for them to cool so just eaten one warm. Yum yum yum yum 😋

This is the second time I've made these. This time I measured out 12 lumps onto a baking sheet then used a wet pastry cutter and a wet finger to push the dough down to form the cookies. Much easier.

These were inedible. The chickpea taste was so strong and even with extra cooking and chilling time they were almost runny. Would be better with chickpea flour?

Loved it! I didn’t use Maple Sirup, i would love to have a Version with less Sugar? Maybe sing Xylitol instead? Best wishes
