Notes
Baked cookies can be frozen. You can also freeze unbaked cookies. Freeze on a tray. Once hard, remove into a sealed airtight container. Bake from frozen, adding on a few minutes in the oven.

I found these to be perfect. Crunchy, chewy and not too sweet
Used cranberries instead of sour dried cherries. So easy and delicious. Slightly chewy when freshly baked.
So easy and delicious!
A very good recipe, which I've tried twice using different fruit and nut combinations. Depending on the fruit being used, adding sugar or sweetener is not necessary.
They were lovely but a bit too dry so I think I need to tweak the amounts next time
Really tasty and easy to make
