Lovely warming & tasty - nice for a winters evening. Served with some broccoli sweetcorn & carrots - yum

Made the bachamel using Philadelphia and oat milk.

Excellent- did use a tin a tomatoes rather than stock as only had small carton of passata. Used puy lentils and courgette as only had 1/2 aubergine. Very tasty

An excellent recipe. I will be finitely cook again. Very tasty. I like the fact you cook the aubergine and potatoes before hand. It took me a lot longer to prep and cook than suggested in the recipe

Went down well with the whole family, although I did add a bit of grated cheese to the topping :)

This was really delicious!
I couldn't find any aubergine in the shops so used mushrooms instead and it worked really well.

Absolutely delicious, such a great depth of flavour. Tasted better than the traditional meat version. Will definitely make again.
