Delicious and very filling! I didn’t have nutmeg in so swapped for Cinnamon, worked very well. I also swapped the Kale for Spinach. I found the recipe very easy to follow. Will definitely make this again.
Can't really understand how and why this is so good. I had it last night, Friday night, and it felt like a naughty treat. I may have added a lil more cheese than mentioned but still, how does a bowl of head to my tomatoey lentils taste this good! I was thinking of giving it a 4 star, maybe cause it may take a little longer to cook the lentils than the method states but 1. I think this is to each their own and 2. The outcome was fantastic! Thanks again to all who put these recipes and this website together
