This is so tasty and easy. Meal prepped and made for two serves, but will easily get 4-6 meals out of this.

Agree with the review. My dried brown lentils require 45minuite cooking before adding to the dish. Would suggest that lentils are first in ingredients list & first in method. Appreciate the heads up from the review below. Otherwise very nice.

Great recipe, the kids loved it, and easy to prep ahead of time. Then just throw it in the oven to finish off.

This definitely took more than 30 min to cook. In the recipe, cooking the lentils takes 20 min and baking the dish later on takes 20 min! That alone takes 40 min, so the time goals here are unrealistic. Other than that, the sauce is beautifully versatile and I am a fan of using many vegetables inside a single pot and dish. The bechamel sauce is super tasty - I will use it in other recipes too from now on!
