Unbaked moussaka can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Allow to defrost before baking as usual - you may need to add on a few extra minutes of cooking time.

An excellent recipe. I will be finitely cook again. Very tasty. I like the fact you cook the aubergine and potatoes before hand. It took me a lot longer to prep and cook than suggested in the recipe
Went down well with the whole family, although I did add a bit of grated cheese to the topping :)
This was really delicious!
I couldn't find any aubergine in the shops so used mushrooms instead and it worked really well.
