grated or whatever cheese you prefer
passata
red chilli flakes
or less if you prefer less heat
mixed herbs (dried)

Method

Preheat oven to 210°C (190°C fan) and gather your ingredients.

Mix the courgette, aubergine, lentils, passata, chilli, herbs and vegetable stock together with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer on a high heat (about 5 minutes) and then take off the heat.
