Simple recipe - had never thought about using beans/ peas to pad out Pasta so you dont eat as much of it. Taste was great - adjusted seasonings as I went. Loved cooking in one pot in oven.

Really tasty and followed recipe exactly. Assembled it the day before so didn't bother starting on hob just bunged straight in oven, them topped with a bit of grated cheese.

This is a really simple tasty pasta dish for when you're hungry and don't have much time. I have to admit I added seasoning ( I don't think it's mentioned in the recipe) and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Lemon juice might have been good too or red wine vinegar. I didn't have courgettes so I used some frozen butternut squash and mushrooms. I've come back to this recipe a few times because it's so easy but don't skimp on the parts that add flavour!

This is a great meal, easy to cook and love it’s a one pot dish so great for week night meals. I cook it on the hob though, started as I don’t have a pot suitable for my induction hob and the oven. Cooks perfect on the hob and it’s easier to keep an eye on + less energy use. Some have. Commented that it lacks flavour, not in my opinion, recipes are are there to modify, if you feel it needs something then add it, easy 😊

Delicious! Thank you!

Really good! Loved the one pot idea- lots of time to do other things while it is the oven. I used penne pasta which worked well and was perfectly cooked. Sprinkled vegan Parma on the top - even more plant points😊

I really enjoy these 1 pot meals. Once everything is chopped the cooking part is easy and fun! It was very tasty, had a kick which my husband really liked (for me it was a tad spicy). If I could I'd give it a 4.5. I do like that I am using more spices than I normally do and improving my cooking ability!
