No wholemeal orzo available at local supermarkets so had to use white, unfortunately
Easy to cook and tasted really good
I can’t eat orzo so cooked lentil pasta separately. This meant the sauce was too thin so I might add some coconut yoghurt at the end next time. Still tasty
