Stracciatella Frozen Yoghurt
Just three ingredients and a few simple steps stand between you and this slightly better-for-you version of the classic Italian gelato. Stracciatella—...named after the Italian word for “little rags” because of the chocolate shards scattered through the mix—is traditionally made by drizzling melted chocolate into churning ice cream, where it hardens and breaks into fine flecks. Here, we recreate that magic by hand. The result is a refreshingly tangy frozen yoghurt, swirled with melt-in-the-mouth chocolate that breaks into delicate ‘rags’ as you stir. Notes
Due to the lower-than-average sugar content, this ice-cream needs a longer-than-usual time to defrost. Depending on how warm your kitchen is, it takes about 10-20 minutes.

Method
Gather and prepare your ingredients.
Mix together the greek yoghurt and condensed milk. Place into the freezer until partially frozen, about 2 hours. (Exact timing will depend on your freezer). You want it to be firmer, but still soft enough to be able to easily stir it.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl suspended over a pan of simmering water. Don’t let the base of the bowl touch the water.
While continuously stirring, slowly drizzle in the melted chocolate in a thin stream. The cold base will cause the chocolate to harden on contact. As the chocolate sets, keep stirring to break it into fine shards and flecks throughout the mixture. It helps to have someone hold the bowl while you stream in chocolate, or you could put the ice cream into a food processor and stream in the chocolate as the motor is running.
Pour into a container, smooth the top, cover, and freeze for at least 2–4 hours until firm.

Was really easy to make and tasted very nice.
Look forward to trying. When mentioning to mum, she said she liked a vanilla icecream with an expresso coffee poured on top.
Maybe one to try with the exhale coffee to give healthy polyphenols.
Wow I love this recipe..!! Decadent and very delicious! Much healthier version of the ice cream!
