Method

Gather your ingredients.

Place the bananas, maple syrup, almond milk and almond butter in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the dark chocolate chips and stir in gently with a spoon.

For a softer ice cream you can serve immediately. But if you prefer a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a freeze proof container and freeze for 30 min - 1 hour. A pinch of salt on the top does wonders for heightening the flavour!
