Used frozen broccoli and worked very well.
Pesto was very tasty and the pasta I used was Sainsbury’s red lentil pasta.

Sauce was tasty but not that keen on the flavour of lentil pasta so will probably swap this for spinach pasta instead.

Another hit! We loved it. Couldn't find lentil Pasta though which was disappointing so used vegan pasta instead. So easy to make.
