Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat your air-fryer to 200°C.

Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Place into the air-fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes or until crispy, tender and dark golden brown. Increase the heat to 220°C.
