Fabulous flavours. Great hearty dish.
Reduced the red wine vinegar slightly to accommodate my sweet tooth. Really enjoyed and will become a regular dish to make.
Vinegar was too strong and took over flavour, not as keen on this recipe

I added cornstarch slurry for different sauce texture
Very nice dish and easy and quick to make in one pan. I did add some homemade croutons made from organic sprouted bread as I'm trying to get my husband try these dishes and it wouldn't fly without bread 😅. We both loved it. 😊
Could be served standalone without the veggie sausages and served with broccoli and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
