Method

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 200Β°C (180Β°C fan).

Heat the oil in a large lidded casserole dish, then add the onion and carrot and fry for 5 minutes until softened. Add the thyme, oregano and a big pinch of salt and pepper and cook for a minute more.
