I have decided I do not like roasted Broccoli too bitter it always burns. This was tasty but I would add red onion and peppers in place of Broccoli. I did not have dill and did not add dry incase it was too dry. I put lots of honey in the dressing as I am not a mustard lover and another thing I might change is adding cranberry sauce instead of honey to the sauce and maybe even a touch of cream.

Amazing

I added a few sundried tomatoes and replaced the carrots with leeks, fresh from my garden. End result 5*

The mustard and dill is a nice combo, I felt likr the sauce wasn’t enough though.

The cooking times for the bake ingredients weren’t accurate. The potatoes and carrots took much longer than the veggies and chicken. But the flavors were great.
