Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan.

Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until lightly golden. They don’t need to fully cook at this stage.
