We really enjoyed this. Fabulous one pot meal and so tasty. Used AI Rupy to find an alternative to chestnuts and the walnuts were a lovely addition and added a bit of crunch. My mum said it made the meal!

Lovely flavour & recipe. 👏👏 No leeks, so used more onion. Left out black olives (husband doesn't like them!) Might leave him to pick them out next time 🤣 Both 'veggies' so added some quorn pieces instead of chicken.
