Big portions. 4 serve made 6 meals.
Used cheddar cheese instead of cashew cream, corn chips instead of wraps = crunchy nacho topping 😋. Served w avacado & sour cream.

Although I messed up with the cashews. (Added them into the mix). It still tasted great. I added some tabasco for a bit of extra kick. Corn tortillas smelled like ‘farm yard’ so left those out. I made a few little tweaks but all in all, delicious!
