Psyllium husk alternatives:
-1 regular egg, beaten
-2 tbsp milled flax + 4 tbsp water. Mix and rest for 10 minutes to absorb before using in the recipe.

These will be my new go-to snack. So tasty and I absolutely love the soft texture. I used raisins instead of dark chocolate as I didn't have any in - I thought I would be disappointed without the chocolate but they were gorgeous and satisfying with raisins. Can't wait to try it withdark choc next time.
