Delicious and simple. Used lots of summer veggies from garden. Didn't have enough green beans so used courgette which was also nice.

Good flavor but, Took about twice as long for the fish to cook, we have pacific cod- perhaps it is thicker? Advice regarding thickness of fillets would be helpful
