We loved the rich savoury tones in this dish, the parsley giving it a nice finish. We did use honey but won’t next time just to make it even more savoury. Swapped tamari for soy sauce.
The mushroom and lentil mix etc. would make a lovely filling for a stuffed roasted pepper (without the pasta).
Even better than anticipated. I haven’t made a recipe yet that wasn’t delicious! You have re-ignited my enthusiasm for cooking. After 45 years of feeding family I was SO bored with food in general and now I’m enjoying cooking and eating again. Thank you.

Very tasty. I only had closed cup mushrooms and I used tagliatelle, rather than linguine but it still worked. I’d cook it again
