Method

Gather your ingredients.

Put the bananas, vanilla, cream and ⅘ of the maple syrup into a high speed blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add the cacao and blend again until combined. Pour the mousse into glasses or ramekins and transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes until thickened. you will need to use a high speed blender here otherwise the mixture won't thicken as much
