Method

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and gather your ingredients.

To make the crumb, put the almonds into a food processor and blitz until fine. Add the oats and blitz again for a few seconds until combined. Add coconut oil and blitz on a slow speed to mix in with the almonds and oats. Stir through the cinnamon and pinch of salt.
