Delicious. Didn’t have any limes so virtual Rupy suggested oranges. I used two. I reduced the amount of maple syrup as oranges are sweeter. It was refreshing really but might reduce the amount of zest as you couldn’t taste the watermelon much. Perfect for a hot day.
