Method

1

Gather your ingredients and turn the air fryer to 'High' or 200°C. If using the oven use 200°C fan assisted.

2

Get a pot of boiling water on-the-go and cook the corns whole for 6 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.

3

Stabilise a chopping board with a wet tea towel, dish cloth or damp kitchen towel underneath. Make sure it can not move. Find the flat end of a cob. Place this end on the board, standing upright. Cut down the centre of the cob, with a very sharp knife. If it is hard, use a hammer or similar to help knock the blunt side of the knife downwards.

4

Lay your halved cobs flat on the board and halve again. Again, use a hammer or similar to help you slice right down to the board.

5

Mix the paprika, garlic and oil together. Coat the corn well and pop into the air fryer. Cook on high for 10 minutes or until golden at the edges. If using the oven cook at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes.

6

Meanwhile, mix the yoghurt and sriracha together.

7

Serve with salt and the sriracha sauce, a sprinkle of spring onions, a lime wedge and Tabasco or any other sauces you like.
