Method

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven to 180°C or 160°C fan assisted.

In a bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, tamari, maple syrup, cumin seeds and smoked paprika. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes give the granola a good mix and return to the oven for another 10 minutes until golden.
