Delicious! Using what I had on hand, I swapped black beans for chickpeas and cultured sour cream for yoghurt. Also, I didn't have capers so I chopped 1/2 of a small dill pickle and went very light on the basil (for my Hubby's sensitive pallet). Served it over leftover salad from the previous night.
Fresh green traybake for busy nights. I double the sauce and keep half for salad dressing on packed work lunch days
