My fave overnight oats. Tho sub half of oats for hemp/chia/milled flax seeds. Refreshing and tasty, and still tastes good if make couple days ahead. Serve with pumpkin seeds & Greek live yoghurt

Really nice, refreshing taste. Not sure if the amount of milk stated is correct. The oats were swimming in milk, even after soaking overnight.

Absolutely delicious. Added some fruit on top, and skipped the peanut butter, the apple and ginger were a delicious combination. No need for any sweetener with the apple.
