Mole Sauce

Mole sauce is a staple of Mexican cuisine. Rich and complex, with chilli and hints of cocoa, a traditional mole recipe takes hours if not days to make.... For inspiration on how to use it see our recipe for Mole Black Beans, Mushrooms and Pico de Gallo Rice Bowl. It can also be served with tacos, poured over enchiladas, or simmered with black, pinto or kidney beans for Mexican-style beans on toast.
