Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients.

In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, matcha powder, half of the Greek yoghurt, water, and maple syrup.

Stir well, then cover and place in the fridge for 10 minutes; then stir again to prevent clumping and leave for another 10 minutes, until thickened.

Spoon the chia pudding into a glass or bowl, then layer on the remaining yoghurt. Top with the sliced strawberry, sprinkle over the hemp seeds and enjoy.
