This one wasn’t my style. It’s not bad, it just didn’t have the flavour intensity that I like and it was a bit bland for me. I ended up adding a splash of balsamic vinegar to give it more intensity.

Added dry cranberries b/c this was a lottle hot for me. Made a big difference in mellowing the flavours.
