Method

Gather and prepare your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan.

Place the broccoli and cauliflower florets onto a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender and turning brown at the edges.
