Wow.I made this for my daughter's birthday instead of a cake this year. It tastes very decadent and is super rich and creamy. Love the fact that it’s gut friendly too. I’m going to use this recipe to replace my usual chocolate torte as one of my Christmas desserts will serve it with raspberries and pomegranates … and maybe a dash of boozy cream. Fabulous.
This recipe was amazing! It was so tasty!
Hello, made this, liked it and found out by a happy accident that you can use the crust mix to make individual truffle chocolates. By simply adding 2 dessert spoons of almond butter, 10 madjool dates & 1-2 tsps of orange extract. Blitzed it all in a food processor until it comes together, then roll it out between 2 sheets of baking paper, cut into squares and dip into melted dark chocolate. Then refrigerate and enjoy
Beyond delicious!
Will definitely be a recipe to repeat, garnished with strawberries and served with frozen raspberries blitzed with a little maple syrup… delicious and well received thank you for another winning recipe
