Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and gather your ingredients.

Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the leeks, chard, garlic, oregano and cinnamon with a pinch of salt and pepper and sauté for 10-12 minutes, or until all the water has been reduced and the veg is starting to colour.
