Not keen. First time I have used tempeh but don’t think it was that? Maybe the sauce ? a probably won’t try again. Hubby usually very receptive to whatever I cook but not this one. Shame as I usually like all the recipes.

Heard about this on a Dr Rupy podcast.
Absolutely delicious, added Edamame instead green beans, lots different Microgreens for salads, the sauce is delicious
A recipe to keep and left overs for work, colleagues will say, “now what have you got and how many plants is that.” Lots of plants and protein on one plate
