Notes
Tip: If you want to prepare in advance we recommend scraping out the seeds from the cucumber and tomatoes, which can release water over time and lead to a soggy salad. The excess pulp can be used in gazpacho.
Place the salmon onto a small piece of oiled kitchen foil to make cleaning your air-fryer easier.
If cooking in an oven allow an extra 3-4 minutes of cooking time.

Very nice. Made the Everything Seeds mix for it and it was all lovely. The pack of Salmon I bought was only 260g as couldn’t get pack of fillets for the amount stated in the recipe. Also couldn’t eat all the salad so will have the leftover salad and dressing for lunch tomorrow.
I did not have bulgur so I used buckwheat instead. It came out pretty good.
Easy prep , thoroughly impressed as kept craving sweet things , need more protein methinks. This filled the brief
Really tasty, the salad particularly. Although I love dukkah I found the quantity a bit overwhelming, but that may be personal taste. Might have preferred the salmon cooked en papillote with lemon for moisture and flavour, but then the seed crust wouldn’t work, so not sure how you’d square that!
Delicious. Made it twice now & we all love it.
This recipe was so delicious and easy to make My 93 year old father in law ate it and he never eats salad
Delicious and quick. I don’t often repeat recipes but I’ve made this a few times now and every time we life it. Tonight we made it with spinach and parsley and mint from our polytunnel. 💕
This recipe was straightforward but very tasty. I did add a little more water when cooking the bulgar.
Loved everything about this recipe. Well balanced and fresh flavours with a satisfying, zingy dressing. Quick to prepare too. Will be making again!
Lovely salad that was so easy to make and taste so fresh and delicious added pesto to the salmon so the seeds would stick better!
Fabulous
Excellent recipe. Will try again.
My son's favourite dish - thank you.
