Easy, fast and delicious.
Easy and delicious. Used mix of button mushrooms & soaked shiitake and swapped green beans for edamame & red capsicum since thatβs what I had on hand. Thanks to an earlier review, I used the lower soy sauce amount but would still cut it back a bit more.
Definitely will make again.
On its own it was too salty for me - probably the soy sauce. I cooked some sliced beef separately and added it to the meal and it was delicious.
