This delicious stir fry is so quick to whip up and the crispy tempeh works super well as a delicious alternative to meat, but you could also use lefto...ver chicken or whatever you prefer as your protein source. The sauce is delicious and you'll come back to this flavour combination time and time again! You can also choose to use whatever noodles you prefer. Surprising but tasty! The smell of cinnamon is quite strong so thought it would be overpowering but thankfully taste-wise it works! But very fragrant
Loved the grilled tempeh idea, never cooked it like this before, but will do this regularly. The stirfry itself was fine, healthy and tasty enough for a quick mid week meal, but not blow you a way delicious
