I didn’t have coconut sugar so I added a bit of dedicated coconut and it was nice!

I pressed the firm tofu as felt the firmer the tofu the better in a stir fry.

Tasty ...reduce sugar and add fish sauce for preference. But yes tofu is a good choice for stir fry
