Reduced the red wine vinegar slightly to accommodate my sweet tooth. Really enjoyed and will become a regular dish to make.

Very nice dish and easy and quick to make in one pan. I did add some homemade croutons made from organic sprouted bread as I'm trying to get my husband try these dishes and it wouldn't fly without bread πŸ˜…. We both loved it. 😊

Excellent recipe. I used chicken sausage which worked well. Delicious sauce, so tasty and very filling for two people. Another one for our growing Dr. Ruby meal list.
