I like this recipe!
Cut as the eggs to make it vegan. Steamed the potatoes and green beans until cooked. Added some yellow pepper. The sauce is delicious, we enjoyed this receipt, will make it again.
Simple, fresh and delicious
Not keen. First time I have used tempeh but don’t think it was that? Maybe the sauce ? a probably won’t try again. Hubby usually very receptive to whatever I cook but not this one. Shame as I usually like all the recipes.

Absolutely delicious, added Edamame instead green beans, lots different Microgreens for salads, the sauce is delicious
