4 servings = 250g of paste

Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container or freeze in jar for up to 1 month. Don’t forget to leave at least 5 cm space at the top of the jar to allow the contents to expand in the freezer.

Used this paste to make coconut praw stew from Dr Rupy’s protein book.
I couldn’t get kaffir lime leaves so I used lemon & lime zest as per goggle (not sure if this was right), and only used 4 chillies, possibly could have used another one.
I thought it was fresh and vibrant and will use again.
